Nottingham property entrepreneur Arran Bailey has announced that the £14m transformation of an outdated office block in Dudley is nearing completion.
The former Carlton Police Station has been sold for more than £1m - and is set to be turned into flats. The new building will be named after the grandfather of Arran Lee Bailey, who runs Carlton-based ALB, which has bought the building for an undisclosed fee.
